At JRC Chariot Hotel, we strive to provide flexibility and fairness to our valued guests. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Room Reservation Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation amount, with no refund.
2. Early Check-Out
Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date may receive a partial refund, subject to management approval and room usage.
3. Event or Conference Booking Refunds
For banquet, meeting, or event space reservations:
- 72-hour notice required for a full refund
- Less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or booking fee
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
